Mike Rayfield

Mike utilizes skills honed from 25 years of investigative, security and tactical experience as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. For the past eight years he has put those skills to use as a successful Private Investigator and Security Consultant providing services to law firms, corporations, individuals, law enforcement agencies and a wide variety of private and public sector entities. Investigations have included all manner of civil matters on both the defense and plaintiff side, missing persons/difficult locates, death/cold case homicide, elder abuse, background, internet harassment, stalking and human trafficking. Mike has conducted multiple domestic and international executive protection operations, physical security assessments, and training.

Mike began his FBI career with the San Antonio, Texas Division of the FBI where he investigated drug trafficking organizations, was assigned to a DEA task force and a member of the FBI SWAT team. He followed this with five years as a member of the FBI’s elite Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) based in Quantico, Virginia. Mike completed his career with the Sacramento office of the FBI where he worked numerous high profile criminal investigations and eventually supervised the multi-agency Gang, Violent Crime, and Child Exploitation Task Forces.  Along with 25 years of investigative and tactical experience, Mike is also a certified hostage negotiator. His FBI career, and breadth of experience, has afforded him the opportunity to conduct investigations, operate, train and instruct in many foreign countries to include Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Qatar, Oman, Iraq, Malta, Georgia, Hungary and Israel to name a few.

Pat Keller (CA PI 29087)

Pat Keller is a recognized law enforcement professional with over 29 years experience serving as a law enforcement officer and private investigator. Pat is a respected and accomplished leader in his profession and is recognized for his thorough, fair and objective approach to investigations.

 Pat honorably served the Sacramento Police Department as a patrol officer, detective and sergeant. During his tenure he served in multiple divisions including, patrol, operational services and internal affairs providing him with in-depth knowledge of both field and administrative operations. During his 10 years as a detective, he investigated complex cases involving homicides, kidnappings, officer involved shootings, and violent fugitive felons; was responsible for processing crime scenes, gathering scientific evidence, conducting interviews and preparing case material to support the prosecutions of the District Attorney.

 As lead detective, Pat played an integral role in the investigation that led to the arrest and conviction (2005) of one of Sacramento’s most wanted homicide fugitives. Pat excelled, and gained a stellar reputation as a homicide and cold case homicide investigator and has provided expert testimony in multiple criminal cases. Pat is an expert polygraph examiner and has conducted and reviewed over 1,000 criminal and pre-employment polygraph examinations. During his tenure with the Sacramento Police Department Pat was the recipient of the Bronze Medal of Valor, Attorney General Peace Officer Certificate of Valor and the Sally and Hubert Mee Award
